Title: Connection between Sabr and Salat

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اسْتَعِينُواْ بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلاَةِ إِنَّ اللّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ

Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo istaAAeenoo bialssabri waalssalati inna Allaha maAAa alssabireena
2:153 O YOU who have attained to faith! Seek aid in steadfast patience and prayer: for, behold, God is with those who are patient in adversity.

Salam all, I understand the term Sabr and Salat but I wanted to know why Allah clubbed Salat with
Sabr and what is the connection with Sabr with Salat ? Thanks

What might help is to simply list the ways in which one can seek help with/through/by something.
