assalam alikum i was just wondering do animals go to heaven paridise after judgement day after 6:38 jazzakkalh or do they just disappear that they don't exsist anymore that we cant have are pets etc in paridise because they are destroyed and they don't exsist anymore like turn to dust
-
Because I think that would be quite sad because many muslims think they just cease to exsist that they are stupid and are like robots and have hardly no emotions like what would be the point of creating them for nothing because they have some sort of life force even if they don't go to heaven wouldn't they go some where else to exsist because we can't say allah rased them after death to show us his justice on them because we will be to scared to care that we will only be caring about are self's and why rate something from death to put them back to death
-
Also solaman was very close to animals and talked to them and the animals were very smart and caring
-
Peace .
Everything returns to the Lord, according to Qoran.
Qoran does not specifically say where animals go,but they will return to the Lord like we will.
One can then make an assumption, since animals are not being tested, that their return is for the good.
GOD bless you.
Peace
-
So do you believe they don't go to heaven or any where they just rise and then turn back to dust is that what you are saying or are you saying they do go to heaven or some where good like a animal heaven because animals go through suffering so shouldn't they be rewarded some way in the next life not just get justice
-
Peace yahia.
Animals are doing their job here with total submission to their creator.
What form they will take or what reward is awaiting them will be a guess from me or anyone else . We will know when we all meet up at GOD s.
We will be judged. Animals will not be judged. They have not accepted the "Amana". They have nothing to fear .
Other than that, I will not be speculating.
GOD bless you.
Peace.
-
Ok thanks what did do by in your last post that animals return are for the good do you mean return to life or dead or for the good people in heaven sorry to keep bothering you
-
Peace yahia.
For the good ,I meant they is no judgement for them.
GOD bless you.
Peace.
-
Thanks and when you say return do you mean return to life or death
-
Peace yahia.
If animals die like us, then return to the Lord means alive again.
If they stay dead, what use is a return ?
Remember the way we return to the Lord is through the resurrection. We do not return dead!
Beyond that I am not able to speculate about the reward/fate of the animals.
GOD bless you.
Peace.
-
Ok thanks so what you say is they are resurrected again alive like us will be and return to allah like us is that right is that what you mean jazzakkallah
-
Peace yahia.
Yes, that is my understanding.
GOD bless you.
Peace.
-
Assalam alikum good logic does 2:29 when the verse says everything created on earth to use does that mean that animals are robots just to use and that's it that they just won't be resurrected and that they don't have a afterlife heaven
-
Peace sharon.
According to Qoran everything returns to the Lord.
I repeat what I said about animals here:
If animals die like us, then return to the Lord means alive again.
If they stay dead, what use is a return ?
Remember the way we return to the Lord is through the resurrection. We do not return dead!
Beyond that I am not able to speculate about the reward/fate of the animals.
GOD bless you.
Peace.

assalamu alaikum
No, animals are not robots brother. I don't think it's nice to call them "robots". They are a part of the blessings Ar-Rahman gives us as mercy. We eat, we drink, we get clothes from them, they are companions to us, we love them and care for them, they carry us to long distances (camels, horses)... etc. They are created for a purpose in life. But we humans have consciousness! We become good or evil with the choices we make. We are responsible for every action we do or cause. So either we deserve the big reward or the big punishment. But the animals are not responsible for what they do like us. They are not the subjects of this "test".
But of course Allah (swt) knows best. Everything belongs to Him. So He decides what to do with them and He is never unjust. He is Al-Hakim, He gives the best decision and He is the most merciful.
-
So they will be resurrected and maybe go to heaven have a afterlife then is that right and maybe they have some sort of a consinces feeling but like a child not like a adult etc is that right they maybe go to heaven have maybe a after but they are defferlty resurrected
-
Assalamu alaikum
I did not say they will be resurrected and enter the Heaven. Simply i don't know for sure what's gonna happen. Those are my thoughts and Allah (swt) knows best.
-
Ok thanks but doesn't 6:38 mean they will go to heaven and be resurrected etc sorry to keep bothering
-
But how would we explain 2:29 and 45:13 because it makes it sound like they are created for our use and that's it
-
Assalam alikum I was reading your article on animals and souls and you said animals might have some sort if violation so how do we explain the verses that say they obey everything allah says and gives because that sounds like they can't do any thing wrong so how do we explain that verse with solaman and the bird because these verse sound confusing when put together it sounds like at one moment that animals can break the law and then cant
-
Salam ,
Suleyman and the animals talking is a mutashabiat vers ,it is not one dimensionally to understand whereas it could be a Vision of suleyman or somethingelse .
-
But joesph said it is literal
-
So if the animals will be resurrected does that mean there is a possibility of them going to hell 6:38
-
Also when it says record in a record then does that means animals are record in a record joesph
-
Assalam alikum also when you say everything return to allah do you mean only living beings or do you mean the earth and stars are resurrected as well
-
Assalam alikum I was just wondering at the bottom of that verse when it say they shall be gathered is this bit talking about the animals ir humans because some people think the bottom bit is talking about the disbelievers not the animals
-
Dear Sharon,
As-salamu alaykum
Despite being created as communities (ummah) much in the same manner as humans with all that such an understanding may entail, the Quran does not elaborate what will happen to animals when they are brought back to Him (6:38) and how they may or may not be tested / held accountable. God knows best.
Also, there are animals created today in the depths of the earth such as in the sea and even before humans roamed the earth (such as dinosaurs) which arguably have no use to man. Why they were / have been created and what their purpose is / was within their communities is in God's wisdom.
In my humble view, we should rely on clear matters of guidance which form the bedrock of the Quran and take heed from verses such as 18:22 which teaches us this concept (zahr).
018:022 (Part)
"Enter not, therefore, into controversies concerning them, except on a matter that is clear (Arabic: Illa miraan zahiran)..."

Joseph
-
Assalam alikum thanks jazzakkallah but when it says at the bottom of the verse 6:38 that will be gathered is this talking about the animals because some say the bottom of that verse meant only to us humans
-
Also some us the 79:40 to say animals will be turned to dust
-
And does 6:38 include the sea cretures because some think it means only land animals
-
Dear Sharon,
As-salamu alaykum
In my humble view, this is a reference to all moving creatures (Da'aba) which God has created which includes man, animal, sea creatures etc.
As I have shared in the article [1] below, the meaning of 'Da'aba' "...basically captures whatsoever moves on the earth, especially that of animals and beasts of burden, quadrupeds, any moving creature, insects, creature which includes man."
Verse 79:40 that you've quoted does not appear to relate to what you are suggesting. Please kindly check the reference.

Joseph

-
Sorry I meant verse 78:40 that's the verse whitch some people say animals will turn to dust and are there any verse in the quran that show allah loves animals
-
And some say they turn to dust because they are not mentioned in the jannah verses and not mentioned round praising allah round allah throne like the angles do
-
There are several ayats showing god is loving Animals for example ,the Dog which is sleeping and securing the dwellers of the cave in Sura 18 or the "she-Camel"(?) in the Story of Salih and Thamud which is proclaimed to be from god .But my favorite Action of love towards animals is the antstory in the Ant Sura, where god is giving Solomon the ability to understand animals. Sura 27,It says:
. . . when they came upon the Valley of the Ants, an ant said, ‘Ants! Enter your dwellings, or Solomon and his forces will crush you without realizing (it). (27:18)
. . . But he [King Solomon] smiled, laughing at her words. . . (27:19a) Solomon’s army marches through the “Ant Valley.”One of the ants sees the onrushing hoards of soldiers. She commands her community flee to their homes to avoid being crushed. Solomon
understands the languages of animals, hears the ant’s desperate warning. First, he smiles. Then he breaks into laughter. He finds what the ant said funny.

Dear Sharon,
As-salamu alaykum
Sorry I meant verse 78:40 that's the verse whitch some people say animals will turn to dust ...
The focus of the verse is providing guidance to humans so that is why the reference is to humans. Furthermore, the context of the verse is clear. It is the disbeliever that will wish to be turned to dust. This has nothing to do with animals.
...and are there any verse in the quran that show allah loves animals
Regardless of whether there are verses in the Quran or not, I do not agree with the premise of the question. Why does a Quranic verse need to exist to prove this? Why would God not love any of His creation that does right? Do you think God creates just to hate them with no fault of their own?
God mentions numerous animals in the Quran. Ants, birds, camels, ewe, fly, bee, horses, dog, lion, termites, swine, snake, raven, sea animals, mules, spider, wolf, apes and others are mentioned in the Quran. He even uses analogies and elaborate stories to underpin guidance mentioning them. Deliverance has already alluded to some of them.
God provides all His creation, including animals their sustenance. He nurtures and protects them, provides communities for them to live in with all that entails 6:38 (forms of communication, shelter, societal cohesion etc.). They exalt their Lord, but we simply may not understand their manner of praise (17:44). He then calls them back on Judgement Day. He may love some; He may be angered by others depending on any volition given to them which may entail accountability. It is not for us to probe. God knows best. Why then does a verse explicitly have to exist to prove God loves His created animals?
And some say they turn to dust because they are not mentioned in the jannah verses and not mentioned round praising allah round allah throne like the angles do
Once again, the Quran is a book of guidance for humans and not for animals. The Quran does not deem it fit to elaborate beyond verse 6:38 as to what will happen to the animals or their accountability, if any on the Day of Judgement. Silence does not mean absence.
I hope this helps, God willing

Ok thanks so to sum up just because 6:38 or the quran doesn't say that animals are going to heaven doesn't mean they aren't or cant because they could or can. It just that it is silent on the issue because the quran is for humans not animals is that correct jazzakkallah
-
Because they the animals could go to jannah/heaven or something similar for them animals but it just that it is silent on the issue because the quran is for humans not animals and silence means nothing as well is that correct
-
And that animals do have a spiritual side like us and angles and jinn that there they are trying to get closer to allah like us and jinns and angles that's correct as well
So are all these what I put down correct as sum up correct jazzakkallah
-
Assalam alikun Is this all correct or not what I put down jazzakkallah
-
Dear Sharon,
As-salamu alaykum
As I have already shared, the Quran is silent on such issues. So in summary, yes, what you suggest could be a possibility.
Please kindly accept my response as the last on this matter.

Joseph

Assalam alikum I was just wondering I know 6:38 means that animals will be resurrected but some say the last bit when it says they shall be gathered is talking about the disbelievers not the animals but I know there wrong but I don't know arabic so I was wondering if someone can explain arabic wise how there wrong and that the bit when it says they shall be gathered is talking about the animals not the disbelievers that there wrong
Because I know the answer but I don't know how too explain it the arabic wise etc
-
Peace yahya.
I noticed you started the conversation here,I discussed with you (my reply posts early in this thread) this topic.
Then sharon asked few questions( I noticed that the style of questioning is the same) .
During that time you stopped posting-you was inactive- for few months and when she stopped posting you started posting again.
This seems to me an odd coincidence, but may be it is not.
To me it felt like I was discussing with the same person ( yourself and sharon)?
Just asking if it is OK with you.
GOD bless you.
Peace.
-
Yes I apologise it was my sisters I just asked her to write down what I say sorry and like I I said I agree with everything with what is said I just need to understand it arabic wise jazzakkallah
-
Peace yahya.
Thank you for explaining.
Your explanation raises more questions, but may be you have a good reason for it?
May GOD bless you and guide you.
Peace.
-
Salam Bros In my humble opinion since the animals have no facility of " Free Will" therefore no gathering & no questioning
-
Quran doesnt give every detail about everything. It is not possible even. The root of this question also lies in the understanding that quran tells everything about everything which is a misconception i think.
-
But I thought when it says they shall be gathered it's pointing to the animals in the verse also angles have no free will
-
And don't forget the hopo bird and ant they seemed to have some sort of free will of some sort
-
Also doesn't 37:144 prove animals will be resurrected because it says they meaning Jonah and the whale
