IS the sharia law in the quran?

It depends what you mean by Shariah law. If you mean a lot of laws like stoning to death for adultery, killing of apostates etc which many Muslim clerics advocate is Shariah law, then that is not in the Quran. Saba

The Quran is al furqan he gives new laws and raises some old laws from the Bible. The complete law of God is contained in the Koran

The list does not claim to be exhaustive, it is only a small summary and far from complete.
