Title: Number of Contact Prayers - 3 or 5?

Salam Walaikum everyone...

I have a new question...can you please clear...According the link pasted below...it stated that there are only 3 contact prayers in a day...so is it true?...should we pray 3 times a day or 5 times?..can u please clear...:)...
