Title: What is the difference in Atiyullah and Atiyurrasool ?

Allah mentions in Quran asking for Atiyullah and Atiyurrasool. I just wanted to know why it is mentioned twice when Atiullah & Atiyurrasool are the same? Can some Bro clarify ?Thanks
