Title: trying to understanding some arabic words

Assalam alikum I was just wondering does the arabic word Til'ka and LAM always mean talking about something in of the past tense but never in of the present tense and does the arabic word hādhihi LAN always talk in of the present tense never in of the past tense

Also can til'ka mean future tense as well as past tense but never present tense
