Assalam alikum was the kabba first built by Abraham or adam

The first house of worship was built by Prophet Abraham and his son (2:127; 3:96).
From my humble perspective of a Quran's view, it is unknown who actually built the Ka'aba in Makkah (irrelevant). However, old Abrahmic rites were re-instituted at this location which now remains the Holy Sanctuary for believers from the time of the Prophet's ministry.
