The Qur'an makes Hajj obligatory only for those who are able to undertake it.

But in today's context, "ability" can mean different things: financial cost, physical health, safety, visa restrictions, or even responsibilities at home.

How should we understand this condition properly?

Is it just financial and physical ability, or does it include modern-day factors as well?
