While Allah Ho Akbar is a non Quranic word as to why Muslims use in five prayers Azaan?

Simply because something does not appear in the Quran does not mean it is non-Islamic. There is nothing objectionable, from an Islamic standpoint with the phrase "Allahu Ackbar".
