Salam.
In verse 3:93 it is said that, Israel (pbuh) made some food unlawful (haram) for himself. Is it suitable for a prophet to make something lawful or unlawful? Notice that in 66:1 Allah discouraged Muhammad (pbuh) to do such things.
I must have missed something.
