Quran and Hadith

Quoting Hadith instead of Quran
-------------------------------------
I wonder how the young and old
Imams quote Ahadith instead of
Quran in their Khutaat. I heard there are Shaikh
Ul Hadith who have memorised
all Ahadith like Quran. The prophet taught
Sahaba the Quran but Ahadith
convey the other narrations attributing to the Prophet. And present Quranic Ayaat in their own way
thus making the Ahadith a
parallel to Quran which should not
be acceptable.

It's so true that to me it seems that ahadith have priority whenever you hear the majority of Muslims talk about The Quran.

They seem to know all the stories and events from ahadith better than what the Quran narrates, in fact a lot of people think what they are saying is in the Quran when it isn't.

You know that things are not good when many groups refer to Bukhari's work as Bukhari Shareef.
I have even read them say that after the Quran, it is the most authentic source for Muslims!

It must be true as memorizing Lakhs of Ahadith may be impossible. I was astonished to hear one Maulvi telling after narrating a Hadith"It is also in Quran"
