Why is divorce allow only twice? Both in Jewish and christan bibles that make no limited numbers on divorce on remarry. Despite what people said. Divorce and Remarriage arent a sin. Putting away is.

Shalach/Apoluo means putting away


Husbands would send their wives without legal divorce papers . So the. Wives would be legally marriage and  when they remarry they have commit adultery. Only a legal divorce paper could allow the wives to be remarry to a another husband.

kriythuwth/Apostasion means bill of divorcement . Which is the legal right for a person to get marriage.

During the new testment women were allow to write bill of divorcement.

Question:

Hijab

I heard that the word khimar just means to cover and to a head covering. Does that mean it’s a choice to wear a hijab?

As for the first part of the question, yes; the word “khimar” in Arabic means “cover”. It is the noun of the verb “khamara” (meaning: to cover). In Shari`ah the khimar means “the head cover”, but this does not by any means indicate that wearing hijab is a choice for a Muslim woman. That is because stating rules and rulings (ahkam) in Shari`ah does not depend only on one text. Rather it is based on all the related texts, either from the Qur’an or the Sunnah.

In regard to Hijab, there are many other related texts. For example, there is averse in the Qur’an that reads, “…and let them wear their head-coverings over their bosoms, and not display their ornaments…” (An-Nur 24: 31)

It is clear from this verse that a Muslim woman is ordained to prolong her khimar to cover her bosom and, necessarily, her head.

There is also a hadith in which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was addressing Asmaa’ bint Abu Bakr saying, “Oh Asmaa’! If the woman reaches menstruation, she must cover all her body except this and those (pointing to his face and hands).”

So, there is no clue for arguing that a Muslim woman is allowed to unveil any part of her body except the face and hands.

But doesnt Allah said just to follow only the Quran? Hadith itsnt part of the Quran. Khimar mean covering.

Divorce and putting away are two different things

Putting away is kicking out the wife without writing a document of divorce and if she remarriage she commit adultery because her husband hasn't written a document of divorce. Same the male.


2.Eve is called Adam ezer kenegdo which mean co equal and not helper.

3 women are to hupotassomai their husbands and husband Are to Agapao their wives


Hupotassomai and Agapao are the same.

They both mean support of another

Many people tell me Islam women cant cut their hair or wear pants. Here my question the Quran state both men and women dress modestyly. It's modesty about the culture ? For example it's mOdesty for women to wear t shirts but 50 year ago it wasn't.  It'snt it what society said is modesy

I read a article that state head covering it'snt a choic and that it protect women , the person state the sexual assault rate is high in the USA so that why women need to wear hijabs. Yet women wear hijabs and still get attack in the middle east and here in the usa but are a fear to tell the police . I don't too that why to said wear hijabs will stop sexual assault but there at men that will attack women even if she the most cover and sadly many husband beat their wives and the wives don't tell the polices. Forgive me if offend anyone. I will try to find the article.Should women be fear to report abuse.
