There is no scope of hate crime being permitted by Islam even if they commit Blasphemy though Hadith narrations say so but not Quran. Allah says "Lakum Denukum Waliuddin" In my personal opinion Hate crime is just like "Fasad Fil Ard" even if is against non Muslims. The other Forum member may explain better than me I think

For those who understand the verses in the Quran and the meaning are aware that Islam is only Scripture is the Quran and they are the words of Allah. The site you linked is from a Islam hate site. So of course they will twist things around and even go as far as lying about Islam. It was leaked on some article I read that the people behind the whole Anti-Islam propaganda have spent over 192 million dollars doing so. There is a huge force behind all this and the reason. But many Muslims and non Muslims are realizing this now. For instance, those terrorist in Syria, they are not Sunni vs Shia, those are psychopathic terrorist that are being armed by several countries to do their proxy wars. They might say Allahu Akbar, but they are killing anyone and do not discriminate on race or religion beliefs, women, children, old and young. Eating human flesh and cutting heads... A Muslim knows very well that these are grave sins and not part of Islam in any way or form, nor in the Quran which is the only Authorized Scripture for Islam. Even those who follow the hadith know this is a grave sin.  Most if not 90% of these terrorist are Atheist as well is what we learned. The rest are misguided and have been following Islam blindly and want to over through the Govt. of Syria.

These group of Anti-Islam are being paid a large amount of money, they make careers out of it by writing books, doing speeches etc.  There is also another reason for all this lies and propaganda and who is the ultimate force behind it... I will leave It up to the bloggers on here to search for it. It has nothing to do with anyone of a race or religion but a twisted ideology and hate towards Islam and others who do not view their agenda to be the only way. There is a group also called Hasbara, they get paid to troll lies on social media and blogs. It is very sad but people who follow blindly and get brainwashed why it is okay for it to be done, have gone astray off their beliefs from their scriptures. Muslims need to just stay focused on the True Islam and ignore all this, because Allah at the end will be the ultimate judge...
