Assalam alikum I was just wondering does the arabic word HA always mean it a single female thing like it always goes back to the female noun or verb as such

Assalam alikum I was just wondering
29:115 says we left it as a sign for all mankind some people say it was the ark but we still haven't seen the ark and some say it means ships that are made now are inspired by the ark but the oldest ship found goes back to 2500 bc to 3400 bc but we know noah came way way before that so what does the quran mean by we left it as a sign could it mean the story because that is around the world
Also I was just wondering when 11:40 says gather 2 of every animal does this mean noah had to go and get them or could or god ordered all the local animals in the ark

Assalam alikum I was just wondering it says in 10:73-74 god made the believers on the ark the khalifas but in 7:59 says the people of ad was made the khalifas so it sounds like a contradiction because how can these people be made khalifa in different parts of the world why it say AD was the khalifa after noah then thamud after AD

Assalam alikum I have a few questions
1. Verse 25:20 says every prophet walked the markets but markets did not exist before 5 thousand bc and adam abd noah came way before that
2. The same with 5:27 talks about sacrificing animals Adams sons and it says the story is similar to the bible but animals were not domesticated before 8 thousand bc and again adam came way way before that
3. And verse 54:13 says noah made his ark out of nails but metal nails didn't exsist before 8 thousand bc
So how do we explain these 3 verses because domestication and markets and nails were not in adam and noah day if they came before 10 thousand bc because if we all came from Adam adam had to come like 70 thousand bc at least
