Salam goodlogik,

I share your view about Evolution too,and as you see on Posts below i believe also that there were already humans existing before God chooses the process of Adam.
Quote
When the human reached the standard decreed by GOD to  weave His magic and start the trial with humans, He choose Adam  to start the process .
This is the place in quran and also in other scriptures where the misconcept of the sexes beginn.People belive when they read the Story of Adam that it all begun with a God who is a male and shaped the first human in form of "his"likeness and blew "his" Spirit in "Him" .This is what medivial People(look at the Pictures i.e sixtinik chapelle in Rome)used to have in mind of the first human and still People do so.

We Need to clarifie the term Adam, are their different Adamas in the quran or not ?
And why quran is so silent about the female creation and the Partner of Adam why no Name?

peace

Greetings Joseph.

I was slightly amused by "bashar" becoming "Insaan",but then, still being called "Bashar" .

Evolution has indeed taken place.,but we can be brought back to our humble beginning if our ego start to inflate.

I did not really have any serious question ,but I appreciate your reply.
Thank you.
GOD bless you.
Peace.
Dear goodlogik ,salam
when i compared bashar with insaan i get the Impression that Insaan is used as a term for all human in General and that bashar is used somtimes for an individual human. What is your Research about these two words,i would like to know your opinion on it .

best

Salam Joseph,

Reading your article(1) and your conclusion there is Support of a gradual Evolution of the humanity,by beginnig with a period of humanness (Bashar) than becoming more Humanlike in skills(Insan) and than Modern Humanrace is described as Adam after blowing the ruh.

And this why a vers in sura al-araf is putting Adam on the last positon of humancreation
"وَلَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَـٰڪُمۡ ثُمَّ صَوَّرۡنَـٰكُمۡ ثُمَّ قُلۡنَا لِلۡمَلَـٰٓٮِٕكَةِ ٱسۡجُدُواْ لِأَدَمَ فَسَجَدُوٓاْ إِلَّآ إِبۡلِيسَ لَمۡ يَكُن مِّنَ ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ (١١) "

So Adam is not a male as being created first? Is that correct?.

peace

On the other hand, Adam was quite clearly created a 'bashar' (38:71) and in my humble opinion, there is no dispute in this.
If we read the vers above alone one can conclude that the first human is a male as the majority of monotheistic people use to believe. But on another vers (4:1)it is said"...min Nafsin wahidatin..."

So is there a Human Adam and a male Adam with his spouse ?

Some say it is all symbolic and the word Adam Expresses the hebräic word adamah which means earth, durt(?)

Could you please share your knowledge on this subject?

Islamic Duties / Inherance ratio of man
« on: July 04, 2014, 07:34:04 AM »
What does "لِلذَّكَرِ مِثۡلُ حَظِّ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ‌ۚ "mean?Does it mean 2:1 man/female Portion?

Allah chargeth you concerning (the provision for) your children: to the male the equivalent of the portion of two females, and if there be women more than two, then theirs is two-thirds of the inheritance, and if there be one (only) then the half....(11)

They ask thee for a pronouncement. Say: Allah hath pronounced for you concerning distant kindred. If a man die childless and he have a sister, hers is half the heritage, and he would have inherited from her had she died childless. And if there be two sisters, then theirs are two-thirds of the heritage, and if they be brethren, men and women, unto the male is the equivalent of the share of two females. Allah expoundeth unto you, so that ye err not. Allah is Knower of all things. (176)

If i read the first ayat one can read that a man is like two female in ratio but we dont know what two womens inheritance is  the second ayat shows that theirs is two-thirds and more women its still two-third.And if only one women in both ayat it is half of the sum.
But how do People come to a 2:1 ratio of man to female,i read something different in the second ayat it is clear to read that unto the male is the equivalent of the share of two females so according to my reading
Man-2/3;two man-2/3;...
Women-1/2;two women-2/3;three women-2/3;four women-2/3...
Can someone clarify?

Give unto orphans their wealth. Exchange not the good for the bad (in your management thereof) nor absorb their wealth into your own wealth. Lo! that would be a great sin. (2)

Discussions / Re: Imam Mahdi and Jesus return
« on: June 30, 2014, 07:41:18 AM »
Very interesting Theory of the Messiah,i would bet that early hadith Authors of Imam mahdi and Jesus return were familiar with the two messiah Theory.

The Two-Messiah Theory

When one studies rabbinic views of the Messiah one finds something very interesting. Many ancient rabbis spoke of two Messiahs, one who was the "Son of David" and another who was the "Son of Joseph." Though one can find the sufferings of Messiah attributed to the sufferings of the Davidic Messiah in many rabbinic writings, often a second Messiah is posited, the "Son of Joseph" or "Son of Ephraim," who is the one who suffers while the Davidic Messiah conquers. The rabbis struggled with Biblical portraits of a suffering Messiah, as found in Isaiah 53 and other places, and portraits of a conquering Messiah, also found in the Hebrew Bible. They posited two Messiahs, but could it not also be reasonable to believe there is just one Messiah but two aspects of his mission, a suffering aspect and a conquering aspect?

The eminent scholar Raphael Patai, who "taught Hebrew at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem" and served as Professor of Anthropology at Dropsie University,1said this of the two-messiah theory:

"When the death of the Messiah became an established tenet in Talmudic times, this was felt to be irreconcilable with the belief in the Messiah as Redeemer who would usher in the blissful millennium of the Messianic Age. The dilemma was solved by splitting the person of the Messiah in two: one of them, called Messiah ben Joseph, was to raise the armies of Israel against their enemies, and, after many victories and miracles, would fall victim Gog and Magog. The other, Messiah ben David, will come after him (in some legends will bring him back to life, which psychologically hints at the identity of the two), and will lead Israel to the ultimate victory, the triumph, and the Messianic era of bliss."2

There is only one Messiah, but there are two comings and two aspects of his ministry. The Messiah came the first time to provide atonement for sin. He is now expanding his kingdom and conquering the Gentiles, not by the sword, but by preaching. (In this century alone over 50,000,000 Chinese have come to faith in the God of Israel through Jesus, even while being persecuted.) Messiah’s Kingdom is growing tremendously among the Koreans and in Africa and South America. Many earthly rulers bow down before Messiah Jesus. One day he will return to judge the earth and to bring in his Kingdom in all its fullness. Know him now as your sin-bearer and bow before him today as your King, and when he returns you will not need to fear the judgement, because he came to receive the judgement in the place of those who trust him.

The day/night is making 24hours
If there is no sunset then after 12 hours the "night" Begins and after the next 12 hours "day" is beginning.
Thats how i would handle it.

« on: June 28, 2014, 04:00:09 AM »
Thank you for your post Anwar,

As i posted previously "zakah" was used by Prophets of old like Abbraham so it is not just an islamic usage.
Sura 2"
And remember We took a covenant from the children of Israel (to this effect): worship none but Allah; treat with kindness your parents and kindred, and orphans and those in need; speak fair to the people; be steadfast in prayer; and give Zakat. then did ye turn back except a few among you, and ye backslide (even now). (83)

Thats why it is found in other semetic languages as purity
