Assalam alikum I was just wondering if someone does not care about sinning but still believes it is a sin like a serial killer who loves murder rape cannabilisam eating humans etc someone who does not care to sin but still know and believe it is wrong and a sin and does not repent because he does not care and loves too sin but still believes in allah  does that make them a kafir or not

Also what if he hates allah but still believes in him and agree with everything etc does that make him a kafir or not

True but satan was a kafir because he denied that prostrate in to adam was not far but the serial killer does so still don't know
