Is congregations prayer (jamah) encouraged/favoured by God ALMIGHTY over salah?

Does Allah the Almighty favour congregational 5 daily prayers over single prayer ?
I cannot seem to immerse myself or emotionally connect as much in congregation.
Should we leave self immersive prayer to other than the 5 mandatory prayers or what is otherwise called NAFL salah?
