33:59 what cloths can a woman wear

Assalam alikum in this verse does it mean a women has to wear a thobe and if not what cloths can a western muslim women wear like do they have to wear a skirt over there baggy trousers or is the baggy trousers enough like how can women do sports etc because they wouldn't be able to wear a skirt or thobe all the time when doing sports etc so what cloths can a western muslim women wear instead of a thobe if they can etc within the meaning of verse 33:59 outer garment thobe etc within the meaning of verse 33:59 jazzakkallah
