I happen to read the following post about Ruku & Sajda as a part of muslims action. Why Allah using three words for submission to Him? He is not telling us  to be  humble? Are the words Ruku & Sajda are not practical ? What is actually meant to Bow & Prostrate? Thanks           Qur'an, 22:78

Go back one verse to 22:77:-

22:77 O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! Bow down, prostrate, and serve your Lord. And do good to the society so that you may prosper. [Rukoo‟ (Bowing) and Sajdah (Prostration) are not confined to the ritual physical motions. They convey a more   sublimemessage of being humble and submitting to God‟s commands\]
May entire creation be filled with Peace & Joy & Love & Light

HOPE

Peace Sardar,

Quote22:77 O You who have chosen to be graced with belief! Bow down, prostrate, and serve your Lord. And do good to the society so that you may prosper. Bow down to Allah in humility and perform SAJDAH

7:206 Inna allatheena AAinda rabbika la yastakbiroona AAan AAibadatihi wayusabbihoonahu walahu yasjudoona
Indeed those who are near to your Rabb, do not express pride in performing His worship, declare His glory and to Him they perform sajdah.

Masjid has been mentioned in several places in Quran which means place of performing Sujood(Sajda) The Quranist say it is following command no it is putting forehead on the ground. Following command is 24/7 job of a Muslim. Bro Joseph wrote when there no form Allah did not tell what discussion / consultations you have to do in Masjid. Allah never said that Masjid is Municipal office or Shura office but undoubtedly place of Sajda. Sajda and Ruku are part of Salah.
May entire creation be filled with Peace & Joy & Love & Light

Salaam Sardar,

I agree with you that those two movements are part of the salat. Prostration  in recognition of His glory and bowing in recognition of our own insignificance.  In addition, bowing can also be understood as responding to the adam in each of us, not acting arrogantly, giving his due whatever it may be.

Peace
