Your browser should tell you what links you have visited in the Questions & Answers section by changing the hyperlink to a different colour (usually purple). Furthermore, you can see any new questions posted on the forum first under the following board (The latest being on the top of the list):

A link to these questions are then provided in the Questions & Answers section, thereby giving you two separate ways to access the information.

As far as any new articles are concerned, there is a dedicated page (entitled 'Publication Log') which shares the recent additions. Please see below.
